As we all know, the begging of the second World War 2 is when the Germany's defeat of Poland in October 1939. Actually, that time is not only famous for the start of the world war, but also famous for the first successful example of "Blitzkrieg". "Blitzkrieg" in German means" Lighting war". This is an idea of finishing the war as quick as the army can. Before the world war 2, this idea has been introduced but with the technology level in 1940s," Blitzkrieg" could be used in the real war. For example, with the help of tank and trucks, army could move much faster than before. The time period between the invasion of Poland 1939 to German invasion of Norway was known as " Phoney War". The reason why people call that time with this name is that during that time, the western allies hadn't realized the dangerous or strong Nazi Germany could be, they were lack of majority military operations. The most preventive two countries are the UK and France. Germany used lots of air force and troopers. Machines were playing a major role in the battle fields. With the use of "Blitzkrieg" and the lack of major allies' efforts, Nazi Germany could took lots of lands in a very short time with a very small amount of loss.
